Successful 'Around The World' Tour


Mongi Errahal, John Bohringer, Toufik Rezig and Anish Roy in Paris

During September our IT general manager Anish Roy and I completed a highly successful marketing visit to world leaders in Brazil, France and the Philippines.

The main reason for the visits was to give back-up marketing and technical support, ensure quality of service, introduce our new Wi-Fi V3000 telephone, new home VoIP products and meet new and existing Cell Wireless members.

BRAZIL

The first port of call was Sao Paulo to meet with world leader Stefano Olibe. Stefano is a true professional and a loyal Cell Wireless producer. He arranged meetings over three days with his new Brazilian team leaders and existing members.

It was flattering indeed to find that one member came 1,000 miles in a bus and stayed the night to hear about our new Wi-Fi V3000 and home VoIP products. Luckily he was delighted about the products and the new direction of Cell Wireless. Because of his dedication we have featured him this month newsletter as ‘new member profile’.

We also met with eight of Brazil’s leading internet service providers who are interested in our Wi-Fi products.

Stefano took us to the airport for a one hour flight to Curitiba to meet with a major networking company in Brazil who agreed on the spot to commence marketing Cell Wireless products. They have an 11,000 down line and expect to increase to 30,000 with Cell Wireless.

Big results are expected from Brazil in the near future. Brazil has 188 million people.

FRANCE

We were meet at Orly airport by Cell Wireless world ‘FEARLESS’ leader Toufik Rezig and his right hand man Michel Brunet. They gave us the ‘tourist’ guided tour of Paris on the way to our hotel past the Eiffel tower, Le Louvre, Champs Elysees and Arc De Triomphe. Paris has to be one the most beautiful and historic cities in the world.

Over the next five days we met with team leaders including Senior Coordinator Philippe Lafages and presented daily at Cell Wireless ‘EYE of the TIGER’ meetings at the Holiday Inn hotel in Paris. The meetings were an outstanding success with great interest in our new Wi-Fi V3000 telephone. Average attendance at each meeting was 100 members with over 100 on-line computer conference rooms linked via video conference to over 1000 people around the world with a large audience in Africa.

One of the highlights of Paris was a night with team leaders and interpreter Jean-Marc Jacot at the famous ‘Moulin Rouge’.

PHILIPPINES

The Philippines was indeed full of surprises and the first major one was ‘Typhoon Milenyo’, the strongest typhoon to hit Manila in a decade, with wind speeds up to 200km/h. The typhoon devastated the northern Philippines and Manila city with a death toll said to have reached 200.

Forty million homes and most of Manila city were without power for over three days.

The second major surprise was the absolute professionalism of our world leaders Juliet Montano and Keith Davies. They have just opened their new Cell Wireless office in Manila with the office opened from 6am to midnight daily to provide service to Cell Wireless members and for customer support. Each new Cell Wireless member receives a CD disk with operational and training manuals (also in hard copy) plus a personalised web site, plus a power point presentation to show to potential new members, plus they include, free of charge, three half hour training sessions on how to use Cell Wireless products

How can they not be successful? Successful people do the things that failures do not like to do.

Enlist the support of a friend – it’s easier to stick to a plan if there’s two of you

Postcard From New Member - Flavio Espeschit

My name is Flбvio d'Alcвntara Espeschit, (espeschit). I am 56 years old, and married with Clara Maria Espeschit (Claresp) who always backed me as far as businesses were concerned. We have three children: Karla Gustavo and Victor, and all of them joined Cellwireless.

I had a milk products Company for some years. I heard about Cellwireless on 28th February 2004 , in Contagem , a city near Belo –Horizonte, were I was lecturing about Financial Economy in an English School whose owners did joined Cellwireless.They invite me to assist a busyness meeting about how to lower my telephone bill, what was interesting for me as I always paid a lot in communications.

Quickly I turn myself in the first lecturing associate of Cellwireless in the state of Minas Gerais.
Even without knowing a lot about the subject, my enthusiasm made me talk to a lot of people. And my Cellwireless busyness started to grow in all the cities where I passed through, and in only few days , there were quite a lot of people in my organization , what made me work even more!

After a time ,the actual growing slowed down as Cellwireless needed to reorganize itself, and make the needed changes, normal to any starting Company, to be able to go back growing without prejudice to the present and future associates .Necessary changes were made. I always trusted Cellwireless and kept in close contact with our global Leader Stefan Olibй. He always showed a firm attitude and determination.and let us well informed all the time.

When the time came to start again a strong duplicating activity, I went back doing meetings in Belo-Horizonte at 216 Km of my living place; I used to leave my home in each Thursday morning, stayed in my friend Josй Augustoґs place (Username: Jacksobrinho), somebody that always believed in the Cellwireless busyness even not knowing how to use a Computer! I have to mention as well my sister Tereza Regina (Username: Dog60) from the city of Sete Lagoas (MG), who gave me strength and remained active all the time with our downlines . She read and learned all she could find about telephony tendencies in Brazil and in the world, always keeping our downlines informed.

I use to act as moderator in our video conferences, always showing the Cellwireless opportunity every evening at 20:00 for the entire Brazil. I had the uncommon and great opportunity, on 18th and 19th September 2006, to meet John Bohringer (CEO) and Anish Roy (Technical Manager), who turned out to be very simple and nice people.

During the few hours we spend together, I learned a lot about Cellwireless, its future, goals, objectives , and they passed to me, confidence , quietness and security that we were going in the right direction. And that gave me even more enthusiasm and confidence that in the near future we shall become well succeeded people.

We shall show to everybody Cellwireless wonderful and exclusive Wi-Fi Voip/SIP communication system to produce changes in our lives and our family ґs life.

I would like to thank my wife, my children and Stefan for them to have backed me all the time. Nobody is able to grow alone. I am proud to say that we are a real Team. We have a great leader and together with determination, work, sacrifice and objectivity we shall be at the top of this Company, gathering the fruits and the glory of our work.

Customer Service Announcement

Thank you for all of your tickets this week. We hope that our answers have helped you.

Q1. How do I purchase my WiFi v3000 phone?

A. You will be able to purchase your WiFi v3000 phone in your Cell Wireless member’s area, simply:

1. Log into your Cell Wireless members area

2. Click on the Phone Store icon in the Purchasing section of your back office area.



The phone store will give you further details about the v3000 phone and will give you the option of purchasing the phone, or the phone with $30 phone time credit on your Cell Wireless account. This will then allow you to step through the purchasing details and payment details.

Please note: you do not require funds in your Cell Wireless cash account prior to purchase, these payments are kept separate.

Please ensure that your address details are correct in your Personal Information section of your Cell Wireless member’s area prior to purchase. These address details will be used when sending the phone, unless otherwise stated in your order details.

Q2. How do I change my Personal Gateway settings?

A. You will be able to change your Personal Gateway settings, simply:

1. Log into your Cell Wireless members area
2. Click on the Personal Gateway Number Preferences in your Calls and Phone settings section



Here you will be able to change the phone number used by the PGN by using the drop-down box to select the number from your list of registered phone numbers to your Cell Wireless account. Also you will be able to make payment for your PGN maintenance fee, or select the PIN which your PGN will use funds from when calling. This section will show how long until your next PGN maintenance payment is due. Please do not use the “Cancel Number” tick box unless you wish to remove the PGN from your website. If the PGN is removed when you purchase another PGN number for your site, you will be required to pay the PGN setup fee again.

Develop a Sense of Urgency

Perhaps the most outwardly identifiable quality of a high performing man or woman is "action orientation."

Take Time to Think and Plan
Highly productive people take the time to think, plan and set priorities. They then launch quickly and strongly toward their goals and objectives. They work steadily, smoothly and continuously and seem to go through enormous amounts of work in the same time period that the average person spends socializing, wasting time and working on low value activities.

Getting into "Flow"
When you work on high value tasks at a high and continuous level of activity, you can actually enter into an amazing mental state called "flow." Almost everyone has experienced this at some time. Really successful people are those who get themselves into this state far more often than the average.

In the state of "flow," which is the highest human state of performance and productivity, something almost miraculous happens to your mind and emotions. You feel elated and clear. Everything you do seems effortless and accurate. You feel happy and energized. You experience a tremendous sense of calm and personal effectiveness.

Become More Alert and Aware
In the state of "flow," identified and talked about over the centuries, you actually function on a higher plane of clarity, creativity and competence. You are more sensitive and aware. Your insight and intuition functions with incredible precision. You see the interconnectedness of people and circumstances around you. You often come up with brilliant ideas and insights that enable you to move ahead even more rapidly.

Develop a Sense of Urgency
One of the ways you can trigger this state of flow is by developing a "sense of urgency.” This is an inner drive and desire to get on with the job quickly and get it done fast. This inner drive is an impatience that motivates you to get going and to keep going. A sense of urgency feels very much like racing against yourself.

Create a "Bias for Action"
With this ingrained sense of urgency, you develop a "bias for action." You take action rather than talking continually about what you are going to do. You focus on specific steps you can take immediately. You concentrate on the things you can do right now to get the results you want and achieve the goals you desire.

Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action:

First, select one major task confronting you and launch into it immediately. Don’t hesitate. Move fast.

Second, start doing this every morning, first thing, until it becomes a habit.
